Our products are handmade. The execution of orders is handled by one person, sometimes two people. Therefore, production takes time.
Usually it’s 1-3 weeks.
If we receive many orders, then the production time can reach 4 weeks.
In November, December and January, due to the large number of orders, the lead time may take 4 weeks.
Delivery time depends on the country:
- Europe: 1-8 weeks
- North America: 2-8 weeks
- Canada: 2-8 weeks
- South America: 2-8 weeks
- Asia: 2-8 weeks
- Australia, New Zealand and countries in the Pacific ocean: 2-8 weeks
During the Christmas and New Year holidays (November, December, January), the shipment period can be up to 2 months.
The maximum delivery time is 60 days from the date of shipment.
When we send the order, we add the track number to the order details. On it you can track your package. Details of the order you can see on Order Tracking page. Registered users see all orders and details in the account.
To track the movement of the parcel, you can use UkrPoshta, 17track, AfterShip, or other similar services.

But with pre-registration you get a few additional options: account with your contact details, shipping address, and all orders.
We use the metric system – the size of the product is indicated in centimeters (cm), weight in kilograms (kg). On some products, we specify the size in centimeters and inches.

The message about placing an order or changing its status usually comes very quickly. But we noticed that sometimes buyers do not receive order notifications via e-mail. Most often this happens with the electronic addresses of Hotmail and Yahoo.
The first thing to do is check the Spam folder. In 99% of cases, an email is found there. To prevent this from happening in the future, you need to move this e-mail to your Inbox, or add our email address from which this e-mail came to your contact list.
If you still have not found an email from us, then go to this page and write us one of the email addresses. It is advisable to send us a message from the email address that you used when placing your order. We will send you all the information about your order.
If you are unhappy with our product, you can return it. To do this, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. The return is carried out at the expense of the buyer. After we receive the parcel, we will refund the value within 7 days.
If product is sent, but you have not received it within 60 days from the date of shipment, we will refund the value within 7 days.
But we are sure that such situations will not arise.
